10 rules for subliminals (positive afformation/affirmation subliminal messages to be exact):


1: what rules? guidelines, maybe, but there are no exact solid rules when it comes to subliminals, more like guidelines. a lot of subliminal makers will try to limit people’s experience with subliminals (do this, never do that, that won’t work, only this will, etc.), but it’s really what you BELIEVE / DECIDE to BELIEVE about subliminals that counts.


2: you can turn the volume all the way down and even leave the room, and it can still work for you IF YOU DECIDE BELIEVE THAT. (yes, that also means that you don’t need to use headphones.)


3: you can listen once daily or loop the audios or whatever you feel like works best for you. I personally like looping the audios and turning the volume down really low.


4: you can use different subliminals at the same time / combined, you can listen to a bunch of subliminals for the same thing, doing so won’t change the effectiveness.


5: no, downloading subliminals doesn’t have to ruin the effectiveness of the audio.


6: using negatives (“won’t”, “doesn’t”, “isn’t”, “never”, “no”, etc.) WON’T HINDER your results, unless you DECIDE TO BELIEVE THAT IT WILL. DECIDE to BELIEVE that it won’t.


7: you don’t have to avoid a certain subliminal just because it lists some results that you DON’T WANT. you DECIDE which results you’ll accept / get.


8: there doesn’t have to be a specific time period. I would say to just let go of the time period, DECIDE to BELIEVE in what you want to be your reality, believe that you already have your results (mentality is a part of reality, believe that you have it spiritually), etc.


9: obsessing over your results won’t necessarily make it happen or not happen. you don’t have to obsess / fixate over it, but even if you do, don’t let that make you think that you won’t achieve what you want. attachment doesn’t have to hinder manifestation (like is taught by some limiting “teachers”). the point is to keep deciding to believe. (“I DECIDE, I DECIDE TO BELIEVE, AND I BELIEVE THAT I CAN DECIDE, AND I DECIDE THAT I CAN JUST BELIEVE, I CAN DECIDE WHAT TO BELIEVE, AND EVEN IF I DON’T FULLY BELIEVE, I CAN STILL DECIDE, AND I CAN MANIFEST BY DECIDING EVEN IF I DON’T FULLY BELIEVE OR EVEN FEEL SUPER HAPPY OR CONTENT”.) I think that constantly fixating and looking for signs and results are kind of just a waste of time that leaves you feeling bad and impatient and then you eventually get fed up and give up if you start *BELIEVING* your negative thoughts instead of what you *REALLY WANT TO DECIDE TO BELIEVE*. so, it’s not that having bad feelings will ruin your manifestations, you can literally manifest from a bad emotional place (😂😅), but the iffy part is when you start being static in that place, you just stay in that place and accept it as reality, and stop deciding to believe / deciding what you want to believe about reality.


10: you can make your own subliminals! you don’t need to *PAY* someone else to make subliminals for you! even something as simple as whispering affirmations into your phone recorder and listening to it can work well! I personally find this REALLY effective!
